If Schattenwachter does not perform its core functions as clearly described on our website, in the product listing, screenshots, or official documentation, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your purchase date.

Our Process

- Your full name and the email address used for the purchase
- Order ID or transaction number
- Purchase date
- Clear description of the issue (screenshots or a short video are strongly recommended)
Troubleshooting We will first work with you to understand the problem and make reasonable efforts to resolve it through configuration assistance, updates, or support guides.

What is Not Covered

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
